As you glide along the water, you’ll be greeted by friendly locals on boats and along the canal banks. Take a break from the heat and refresh yourself by paddling through the canal fountains, which add a playful touch to your adventure.

Keep your eyes peeled for the famous beaver of the Riga canal, who loves listening to opera arias at the Latvian National Opera. And as you approach the turn of the market canal and paddle under the Stockmann shopping centre, you’ll encounter a different side of Riga, with its grey and industrially romantic charm. From there, slide into the open Daugava and enjoy the Old Town panorama as you paddle into the sunset.

If you’re looking for a more challenging route, paddle across to AB Dambis and take in the breathtaking view of the entire Old Town panorama from the other side of the Daugava. As you make your way back to Andrejsala, paddle past the giant ferries at the Riga Passenger Port for a thrilling feeling.

SUP is suitable for all levels, even if you’ve never done it before. Our team will provide you with all the necessary equipment and safety instructions to ensure your SUP experience is safe and fun.
